  Maths Hub Lead

  Vicki leads the Hub, overseeing the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of all activities. She directs the team, ensuring alignment with goals, while collaborating closely with the NCETM to drive continuous improvement and success.

  Senior Leadership Link

  John is the formal representative of Notre Dame High School, our Lead School. John provides strategic oversight and guides both the functioning and performance of the Hub to ensure alignment with the NCETM's objectives.

• Misha Carter

  Operations and Partnerships Manager

  Misha oversees the delivery of all operational processes and activities related to the hub, including managing the operational management team and working in a collaborative nature with other Operational Managers across the country.

• Libby Connor

  Reception Assistant Maths Hub Lead

  Libby provides an oversight of reception focused programmes for schools across the Hub’s area, by leading, developing, and providing expertise.

  Gemma Briggs

  Primary Assistant Maths Hub Lead

  Gemma has been an LLME for 9 years and has recently come aboard the MHLM team. She provides oversight of the professional development Work Groups and Programmes for the Primary Phase, whilst running her own TfM Work Groups and providing bespoke support as part of our Targeted Support offer.

  Jodie provides an oversight of programmes for our primary schools across the Hub’s area, by leading, developing, and providing expertise.

  Dan provides an oversight of programmes for our Post-16 institutions across the Hub’s area, by leading, developing, and providing expertise.

  Clair provides support to our Secondary Targeted Support schools across the Hub’s area, by assisting developing and providing expertise.

  Advocate Primary Leadership

  Paul's role is to exemplify and communicate effective leadership of teaching for mastery with primary school leaders across the hub region.

  Advocate Secondary Leadership

  Andy's role is to nuture a relationship with all headteachers to secure a sustained commitment to Teaching for Mastery and to work with school leaders to ensure sustained participation in the Maths Hub offer.

  Ivan provides oversight of the Maths Hub funding and ensures we remain compliant with all aspects of this.
