Leadership Team

Vicki John-Lewis

Maths Hub Lead

Vicki leads the Hub, overseeing the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of all activities. She directs the team, ensuring alignment with goals, while collaborating closely with the NCETM to drive continuous improvement and success.
John Coats

Senior Leadership Link

John is the formal representative of Notre Dame High School, our Lead School. John provides strategic oversight and guides both the functioning and performance of the Hub to ensure alignment with the NCETM's objectives.
Jaimee Watson-Snowden

Project/Operational Manager

Jaimee oversees the delivery of all operational processes and activities related to the hub, including managing the operational management group and working in a collaborative nature with other Operational Managers across the country.
Gemma Briggs

Primary Assistant Maths Hub Lead

Gemma has been an LLME for 9 years and has recently come aboard the MHLM team. She provides oversight of the professional development Work Groups and Programmes for the Primary Phase, whilst running her own TfM Work Groups and providing bespoke support as part of our Targeted Support offer.

Primary Assistant Maths Hub Lead

Jodie provides an oversight of programmes for our primary schools across the Hub’s area, by leading, developing, and providing expertise.

Secondary and Post-16 Assistant Maths Hub Lead

Vicci provides an oversight of programmes for our secondary schools and Post-16 institutions across the Hub’s area, by leading, developing, and providing expertise.

Targeted Support Assistant Maths Hub Lead

Sarah provides support to our Primary Targeted Support schools across the Hub’s area, by assisting developing and providing expertise.

Rachel supports the leadership of the Hub overseeing our Local Leaders in Maths Education Community.

Advocate Primary Leadership

Paul's role is to exemplify and communicate effective leadership of teaching for mastery with primary school leaders across the hub region.

Advocate Secondary Leadership

Andy's role is to nuture a relationship with all headteachers to secure a sustained commitment to Teaching for Mastery and to work with school leaders to ensure sustained participation in the Maths Hub offer.
