Secondary Early Career Teachers
The table below suggests a range of routes that can be taken either as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or as a mentor seeking guidance to support an ECT.
The content of these modules is underpinned by the Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF) and provides a strong foundational understanding of Teaching for Mastery (TfM). This foundation can then support access to further professional development opportunities offered through Maths Hubs.
