Schools must already be part of a Teaching for Mastery Work Group
Support also available for subject leaders and head teachers to implement the programme with fidelity
Teachers will attend online workshops once a term to deepen understanding and develop subject expertise.
Lead Teachers will participate in local Work Group sessions
Lead Teachers will engage with teachers from other schools in a local online community to reflect on practice and pupil progress.
Lead Teachers must support all Year 4 and 5 teachers in their school in using the materials effectively.
Lead Teachers will collaborate to improve understanding of children’s progression in applying facts in various contexts using a teaching for mastery approach.
