The Primary Mastery Specialist Programme is for primary teachers with a passion for maths, supporting them to deepen their understanding of teaching for mastery and develop as leaders of professional development.
What will you learn?
- Develop a deep understanding of the Five Big Ideas in Teaching for Mastery
- Strengthen specialist subject knowledge to design lessons that support all pupils
- Apply learning within your own classroom and school, reflecting on impact on pupils
Who should attend
- Experienced primary practitioners with the capacity to lead change within their own schools
- Participants should be able to develop as leaders of professional development in other schools
- Participants must be working in a school in England
- Headteachers must commit to supporting participants and developing teaching for mastery within their schools
