    This programme supports leaders of maths school development to enhance their leadership capacity and capability, enabling effective support for schools.

     

    What will you learn?

    • Develop knowledge of a range of maths school development strategies, including when and how to use them effectively
    • Strengthen understanding of the evidence base underpinning school development and change management
    • Design and lead maths development initiatives in schools, supported by programme learning and discussion
    • Increase awareness of the skills required for the role and develop deeper self-awareness as a maths school development lead

    Programme Structure

    This programme includes:

    • Regional workshops (face-to-face and online)
    • Practice development activities
    • Participation in an online community
    • Designing and leading a maths school development initiative
    • Maintaining a reflection and learning log, alongside a record of the initiative
