Programme Structure

This programme includes:

• Three residentials in the first year, one in each term
• Opportunities between residentials to apply learning in the classroom and reflect on impact with others
• Access to an application process, with further information available via a downloadable document

Who should attend

• Experienced primary practitioners with the capacity to lead change within their own schools
• Participants should be able to develop as leaders of professional development in other schools
• Participants must be working in a school in England
• Headteachers must commit to supporting participants and developing teaching for mastery within their schools
